Monotosh Das
Monotosh Das has spent more than 25 years working at the intersection of business strategy, leadership, talent, culture and organization design — across industries, geographies and organizational stages.
Before founding OrgBild Consulting, he spent over 18 years with Pernod Ricard India, one of India's leading premium spirits companies, where he held senior HR leadership responsibilities spanning talent management, compensation & benefits, leadership hiring, employee relations and HR transformation.
In that time, he led the organization through rapid growth phases, large-scale recruitment drives, leadership transitions and significant culture and capability-building programs — including enabling 400 hires within a single year and driving diversity to 45% during a major scale-up.
Across his career, Monotosh has worked on organization design, leadership development, HR technology initiatives, culture programs and restructuring across India, Asia, Europe, the Americas and Australia.
OrgBild was founded on the belief that growing companies deserve access to the same quality of senior HR leadership that large organizations take for granted — without the full-time commitment, cost or complexity.
